Colorful Pasta Salad with Ham, Radishes and Cheese

A colorful pasta salad with ham, radishes and cheese from Spoonsparrow always goes down well.

Ingredients

  • 300 g horned noodles
  • 100 g ham (diced small)
  • 100 g Emmental cheese (diced small)
  • 100 g radishes
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chives rings
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp pickling liquid
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain.

    Wash, trim and slice radishes thinly or shave them into ribbons.

    Peel cucumber, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and dice small.

  4. 4.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, pickling liquid and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Combine noodles, ham, Emmental, radishes and cucumber in a bowl and toss with dressing. Taste, let rest about 10 minutes, then serve.
