Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 bunches chopped parsley
- Basil
- mint
- wild garlic
- Chives
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 6 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
- juice of 2 limes
- Dijon mustard
- mustard
- ground pepper
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Hard boil the eggs, cool them and peel.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Finely chop them. Cut the chives into fine rings. Mix the herbs in a bowl.

Finely dice the anchovy fillets, add them and stir with the olive oil.

Finely chop the eggs, fold into the herb mixture and season with lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
