  • 600 g Mushrooms
  • 1 bundle bay garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Wash the bay garlic, dry it, and cut into strips.

    Melt the butter in a large pan. Cook the mushrooms over high heat while stirring for about 3 minutes, then add the bay garlic at the end. Stir in the broth, mustard, and cream, letting the sauce reduce slightly, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve with, for example, mashed potatoes or bread dumplings.
