Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut milk powder (instant, from the pouch)
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 oil
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 50 g Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Mix instant coconut powder with 75 ml water.

    Sauté shallot in oil and sprinkle with curry powder.

    Slice chili into thin rings and add to the pan.

    Pour in the prepared coconut milk mixture and heavy cream, let it simmer gently.

    Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
