Coconut Cocktail

A coconut cocktail that tastes sinful and still keeps the calorie count low – the quickly mixed drink contains only 2 grams of fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 100 ml coconut milk (tetrapack, 1.9% fat; ice cold)
  • 100 ml milk (0.3% fat; ice cold)
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Place coconut flakes on a plate. Wet the rim of a glass with water and press it into the coconut flakes.

    Add coconut milk, milk, grenadine, and ice cubes to a blender and blend briefly. Pour into the prepared glass and enjoy immediately.
