Exotic Muesli

Muesli with tropical fruits and coconut water: This light, airy breakfast muesli keeps you fit because it is low in fat and gentle on the stomach and intestines.

Ingredients

  • 1 small papaya
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 not-too-ripe persimmon
  • 100 g coconut muesli (pre‑made product)
  • 200 ml coconut water (Tetra Pak)

Instructions

    Halve the papaya, remove the seeds with a spoon and peel it. Dice the flesh finely.

  2. 2.

    Peel the kiwi with a vegetable peeler and dice the flesh into small cubes.

  3. 3.

    Wash the persimmon, cut off the stem area and cube the flesh. Place the muesli and fruits in bowls and pour coconut water over them.
