- 150 ml warm milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 g butter
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g fine brown sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

1.
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add 50 g butter and the eggs, then knead everything with the milk into a medium‑firm dough until smooth and elastic. If needed, add more flour or milk. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
-
2.
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
-
3.
Roll the dough into a long strand and roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 1–2 cm. Melt the remaining butter and mix the brown sugar with cinnamon. Brush the dough thinly with the butter mixture, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon‑brown sugar and powdered sugar. Roll the dough from the wide side, cut into slices about 2 cm thick, and place them on parchment paper spaced apart. Brush with the leftover butter and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove the rolls and let cool slightly. Optionally set them in muffin tins before serving.
