Ingredients
- 4 whole‑grain buns
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp mixed peppercorns
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 leaves of Lollo biondo lettuce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
Instructions

Wash, pat dry 400 g turkey breast and coat with crushed mixed peppercorns, salt, then fry in hot oil for about 5‑6 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat and let rest.

Wash the bell peppers, trim them and slice into rings.

Peel the onion and cut into rings as well.

Slice the turkey into thick pieces and layer alternately with onions and paprika on the halved buns. Wash the lettuce, shake dry, tear into small pieces and add to the bun. Place the top half and serve immediately.
