- 4 slices Whole grain toast
- 1 Tbsp herb butter
- 100 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
- 3 tbsp diced red paprika
- 2 tbsp mixed, coarsely chopped herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 leaves sugar beet lettuce
- 4 hard‑boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch mustard
- Salt
- white pepper
- 8 slices whole grain loaf
- 50 g arugula
- 1 tbsp lobster butter
- 100 g pre‑made garlic shrimp
Instructions
-
1.
Spread two toast slices thinly with herb butter, top with turkey breast slices, add paprika cubes, sprinkle herbs, season with salt and pepper, then place the remaining two toast slices on top.
-
2.
Clean, wash, dry, and cut the sugar beet into pieces. Peel the eggs, slice two in rounds, separate yolks and whites from the other two. Mix yolk with mayonnaise and lemon juice, season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Chop the whites and fold in. Spread two bread slices with egg cream, top with egg rounds, distribute sugar beet pieces, and cover with two more bread slices.
-
3.
Toss arugula, wash, drain, and tear into pieces. Thinly spread two bread slices with lobster butter, layer with drained garlic shrimp, sprinkle arugula, then add the remaining two bread slices on top. Cut all six sandwiches diagonally to create triangles. Stack one shrimp‑and‑egg triangle onto a turkey sandwich triangle and serve.
