Ingredients

  • 8 slices ciabatta
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g chanterelles
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

    Peel the garlic clove, press it into the oil and brush the bread slices with it. Place on a baking rack and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (middle rack) for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

    Clean the chanterelles and cut them finely. Briefly blanch the tomatoes, shock them, peel, quarter, seed, and slice into strips. Wash the marjoram, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems.

    Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add the mushrooms, cook quickly over high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and marjoram, warm briefly, then spread onto the toasted bread slices. Serve immediately.
