Ingredients
- 100 g fresh wheat groats
- 100 g fresh oat groats
- 400 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 ripe nectarines
- 150 g sweet cherries
- 8 fresh ripe strawberries
- 200 g blackcurrants
- 2 tbsp peeled sunflower seeds

Whisk the wheat and oats with 200 ml water in a bowl, cover, and let soak overnight in the refrigerator. Mix the yogurt with cream and honey, stir into the grain mixture, and divide among bowls.

Wash the fruit. Quarter the nectarines, pit them, and slice into wedges. Pit the cherries, clean and quarter the strawberries, and strip the blackcurrants from their stems. Arrange the fruit over the porridge and sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving.
