Ingredients
- 1 orange (unprocessed)
- 250 g fresh cranberries
- 2 Oranges (juice)
- 100 g sugar
- 2 star anise
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 1.5 bottles red wine
- 100 ml rum
- orange slice (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the orange thoroughly and cut into wedges, removing seeds if necessary. Wash the cranberries, rinse them and gently crush them.

Heat the orange wedges, orange juice, cranberries, sugar, spices, red wine and rum together while stirring, but do not boil. Let steep in a closed pot (without boiling) for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the punch, pour into glasses and serve garnished with orange slices and some berries.
