Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 250 ml apple juice (naturally cloudy)
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 1 piece unprocessed orange peel
- 80 ml Calvados
- Apple slice (for garnish)

Caramelize the sugar in a pot. Deglaze with the wine and add the juice. Add about 200 ml water, then heat with the cinnamon stick and orange peel without boiling. Let steep for about 10 minutes, add the Calvados, and remove the cinnamon and orange peel if desired.
