Ingredients
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla beans
- 175 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 20 ml brandy
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g white couverture chocolate
Instructions

Beat the softened butter until fluffy, then stir in powdered sugar, vanilla essence, egg, brandy and cinnamon.

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder and fold into the wet mixture.

Using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip, pipe decorative shapes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Break the couverture chocolate into pieces and melt it over a water bath; place a small ball of melted chocolate on each cookie and allow to set.
