Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 8 tbsp milk
- 100 g sour cherry jam

Whisk butter, sugar, egg and 8 tbsp milk until fluffy; mix in flour, cocoa powder and cornstarch and fold quickly. Chill for about 30 minutes.

If the dough is too firm, stir in a little more milk.

Fill a piping bag with a star tip with the dough and pipe rosettes directly onto a greased baking sheet (or one lined with parchment). Place a dollop of jam in the center of each cookie.

Bake at 190°C for about 10–15 minutes, remove and let cool.
