Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 200 g soft butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 8 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 50 g finely ground almonds
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the slightly chopped chocolate in a double boiler for the dough. Whisk the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Separate the eggs. Gradually fold the yolks and melted chocolate into the butter mixture.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, then gently fold them into the chocolate batter. Mix flour, almonds, and cocoa together and fold in as well. Spread the dough onto the sheet and bake in a preheated oven (180 °C, fan 160 °C) for about 40 minutes (do the toothpick test!). Remove, cool, and cut into pieces.
