Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g premium dark chocolate
  • 10 ml espresso (strong)
  • 10 ml cognac (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp palm oil
  • 100 ml whipping cream (optional)

Instructions

    Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over a hot water bath. Add palm fat, let it melt in the chocolate, stir in espresso and cognac, then gradually add cream while stirring constantly until the desired color and consistency (thick‑liquid, creamy) is reached.

    Serve warm or cold with ice, pancakes or fruit as desired.
