Ingredients
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
- 500 g corn kernels
- 150 g dark chocolate couverture
- 250 g mini pretzels
Instructions

Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the corn kernels and stir with a wooden spoon to spread them evenly on the bottom. When the first kernel pops, cover the pot and occasionally move it until no more popping sounds are heard; this takes about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate couverture either in a microwave (about 5 minutes at 600 watts) or over a hot water bath.

Transfer the finished popcorn to a bowl and mix in the pretzels. Finally pour the melted chocolate over everything, swirl several times, and let it cool briefly.
