Ingredients
- 4 large slices of toast bread
- 50 g green olives (pitted)
- 200 g sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 yellow chili pepper
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions

Halve the olives lengthwise and cut into strips.

Wash the chili peppers, halve them lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice finely.

Finely chop the drained tomatoes with peeled garlic and pine nuts. Transfer to a bowl, slice basil into fine strips (reserve some leaves for garnish), add it. Mix in chilies, olives, and oil. Season with sea salt.

Spread on the toasted bread slices and serve garnished with parmesan and basil leaves.
