Ingredients

  • 500 g mountain cheese
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 10 cornichons
  • pepper (ground)
  • mixed pickles (for serving)

Instructions

    Cut the cheese and toast bread into bite‑sized cubes. Halve the cornichons crosswise.

    Skewer alternately cornichon, cheese, and bread pieces.
