- 500 g mountain cheese
- 8 slices of toast bread
- 10 cornichons
- pepper (ground)
- mixed pickles (for serving)
Instructions

Cut the cheese and toast bread into bite‑sized cubes. Halve the cornichons crosswise.

Skewer alternately cornichon, cheese, and bread pieces.
