Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach
  • Salt
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and rinse the spinach. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then drain and shock in cold water. Chop finely.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic; mix with cream cheese until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in the spinach and diced peppers.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for 2–3 minutes on both sides. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, roll up, halve, and serve.
