- 400 g pappardelle
- Salz
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Semmelbrösel
- 50 g Zucker
- 1 TL Zimt
- 1 Glas Aprikosenkompott
- Minze (zum Garnieren)
- Aprikosen (frisch)
Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and set aside.

Melt butter in a pot, add breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown. Add the pasta and stir until heated through. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and pour over the pasta and apricot compote. Garnish with mint and fresh apricots.
