Ingredients

  • 300 g sweet cherries (with stems)
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • zest and juice of one orange
  • 20 ml orange liqueur (optional)

Instructions

    Wash the cherries (with stems) and raspberries, then pat them dry. Peel the kiwis, apple, and banana. Core the apple, cut it into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice. Slice the kiwis and banana.

    Drizzle the apple and banana slices with lemon juice. Arrange the fruits decoratively on a plate.

    In a small pot over low heat, combine the cream and crumbled chocolate, stirring until melted. Stir in the orange zest and juice. Pour the mixture into a fondue pot and place it on a hot burner. If desired, stir in orange liqueur before serving with the fruit.
