Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 ml milk
  • 40 ml cognac
  • wooden skewer
  • 1 kg mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, carambola, pineapple, kiwis, sweet melon…)

Instructions

    Wash, peel if necessary, and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.

    Arrange the fruit decoratively on a platter.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate, add it with the milk to the caquelon, and melt over very low heat while stirring. Optionally flavor with cognac.
