Ingredients

  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 20 ml rum
  • 80 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g dried apple rings
  • 100 g Dried Apricots
  • 60 g dried pineapple
  • 80 g prunes

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate and melt it with the cream in a fondue pot. Stir in the rum.

    Roast the hazelnuts in a non‑stick pan without oil, stirring until golden brown.
