Ingredients

  • 400 g mango (1 mango)

Instructions

    Peel the mango with a vegetable peeler.

  2. 2.

    Cut the flesh from the pit with a knife, first trimming the two side pieces down to the pit.

  3. 3.

    Then cut the remaining flesh into smaller pieces off the pit.

  4. 4.

    Slice the large side pieces into evenly thick slices.

  5. 5.

    Transfer them onto a plate with a spatula and refrigerate until further processing.
