Raw Food Wraps

Crunchy, fresh and simply good: The raw food wraps by Spoonsparrow are a healthy snack for between meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., parsley, dill, chives)
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 8 wraps (ready product)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, deseed and slice into rounds. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips. Peel the carrot and shave thin slices with a julienne peeler. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry thoroughly. Peel the garlic and finely mince. Mix the cream cheese with the herbs. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Warm the wraps briefly according to package instructions. Spread the herb‑cream cheese mixture on each wrap, then layer with cucumber, bell peppers, carrot slices and lettuce.

    Roll up the wraps tightly and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
