Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa content)
- 125 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 50 g Raisins
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings (60-70% cocoa content)
- 1 packet butter cookies

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring.

Stir in powdered sugar, raisins, and chocolate shavings.

Line a loaf pan with a layer of crushed butter cookies. Pour a thin layer of chocolate butter mixture over it and spread. Repeat layers of chocolate butter and cookies until all ingredients are used up.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, then remove from the pan and cut into slices (best with a hot knife).
