Ingredients
- 160 g soft butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp espresso powder (instant)
- 100 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 50 g grated hazelnuts
- 200 g dark couverture chocolate
Instructions

Cream together butter, sugar, egg yolk and coffee powder; fold in flour, hazelnuts and cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Roll the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap to about 1 cm thickness, cut out 90 small oval cookies (about 3 cm) or shape by hand, and place on baking trays lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes; remove and cool on a wire rack.

For decoration melt the couverture chocolate over a water bath, transfer to a freezer bag, cut off a small corner and spray generous chocolate lines onto the cookies.
