Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 Apricots
  • 200 g wild strawberries
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 1 pinch paprika (sweet)

Instructions

    Boil peaches and apricots, peel, halve, remove pits, and chop finely. Wash, clean, and discard stems of wild strawberries; set aside 12 for garnish. Place fruits in a blender and blend well, then add yogurt and paprika and blend for a few more seconds.

    Fill the mousse into dessert cups or bowls and refrigerate until serving.
