Ingredients
- 3 pickled lemons (glass)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50 g red chilies
- 60 ml olive oil
- Salt
Instructions

Halve the lemons, scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender.

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the blender. Wash, halve, and optionally deseed the chilies, then blend with the lemon flesh and garlic until smooth, gradually adding olive oil until a creamy paste forms. Season with salt.
