Ingredients
- 50 g dried red chili
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 3 tbsp olive oil (optional more)
Instructions

Remove pits from chilies and tear into pieces, then soak in warm water until soft (~20 min). Drain and crush or blend.

Crush garlic with a bit of salt. Combine all ingredients in mortar to make paste or blend, then stir in olive oil. Transfer to container, cover with a layer of olive oil, refrigerate.

Keeps up to 6 weeks in fridge.
