Chili Garlic Spaghetti

The fiery chili-garlic spaghetti from Spoonsparrow is quick to prepare and perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rapeseed (canola) oil
- Pepper
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and crush it with the flat side of a large heavy knife.

Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop. Slightly crumble the chili peppers.

Heat the olive and rapeseed oils in a pan. Sauté the garlic and chili over low heat while stirring constantly.

Drain the spaghetti in a colander and let it drip, reserving 100 ml of cooking water.

Stir the pasta water and parsley into the garlic-chili oil. Toss everything together in a large bowl with the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
