Ingredients
- 400 g white bread (stale)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cube the bread roughly and soak in a little water for about 15 minutes. It should become soft but not mushy. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine with the eggs and parsley, add to the bread, and mix with a fork until a homogeneous, moldable mass forms. Season with salt and pepper.

Add a bit of oil to a hot pan and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into it. Flatten each bite and fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
