Ingredients

  • 4 untreated oranges
  • 400 g ripe peaches
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (1:1)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

    Peel the oranges, removing the white pith as well; separate the fruit segments from the membranes and collect the juice. Squeeze out any remaining pulp and gather the juice.

    Boil the peaches, cool them in cold water, peel, halve, remove pits, and dice the flesh (aim for about 300 g). Dice the orange segments, combine with the peaches, juice, liqueur, and sugar, and let steep for 2 hours.

    Add the spices to a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer vigorously for 4 minutes.

    Remove the spices, fill prepared jars with the jam, seal tightly, place upside down for 10 minutes, then flip and allow to cool completely.
