Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 can corn
- 1 large carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small red onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 large tortilla flatbreads
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- banana chips
- tomato chili salsa

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry in 1 tbsp clarified butter for about 7 minutes. Drain the corn, peel and dice the carrot, cut the zucchini into cubes, peel and cube the onion and garlic clove. Remove the chicken from the pan and dice it.

Heat the remaining clarified butter in the pan and sauté the vegetables, deglaze with vinegar, then stir in the diced chicken. Warm the tortilla flatbreads in the oven or microwave and spread cream cheese on them. Distribute the filling over the tortillas, fold in the ends and roll up. Slice diagonally and arrange on plates with tomato chili salsa and banana chips for serving.
