Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 300 g yogurt
- Salt
- chili powder
- 2 handfuls mixed salad greens
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 chicken breast fillets (≈150 g each)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- pepper from grinder
- 4 tortilla flatbreads
- 30 g toasted almond flakes

Wash the lemon, pat dry and zest it. Squeeze a bit of juice, mix with the zest and curry into the yogurt, season with salt and chili.

Rinse the salad greens, shake off excess water, and pat dry. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, remove seeds, and finely dice the halves.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and slice into strips. In hot oil, sear for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and let rest 1-2 minutes to finish cooking.
