Ingredients
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 0.5 cucumber
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 400 g lupine fillet
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 4 wraps (ready-made) (vegan)
- 100 g soy cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Wash the arugula, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut into sticks. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Fry the lupine fillets in hot oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Heat the wraps in another pan for 1-2 minutes until warm. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese, then top with arugula, lupine fillets, cucumber sticks and tomatoes. Season lightly with salt and pepper, roll up and serve.
