Chicken Wings with Crunchy Bread

Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp butter
- tomato paste (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the chicken wings, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Whisk together ketchup, oil, and mustard, then brush over the wings.

Cut shapes from the bread slices as desired using a cookie cutter or similar tool. Mix peanuts with butter and spread on the cut bread pieces.

Arrange the wings on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (mid-level) for about 20 minutes; add the bread and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Plate the wings and bread, optionally decorating the bread with tomato paste strips.
