- 20 Chicken Wings
- Salad
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cayenne pepper
- 20 g Cornflakes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- oil for frying

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown the wings on both sides until golden yellow, then transfer to a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Crush the cornflakes finely with a rolling pin. Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Mix honey, ketchup, oil, and orange juice together, then fold in the crushed cornflakes. Spread this mixture over the wings using a teaspoon.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (Oven rack) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
