Chicken skewers with dip from Spoonsparrow taste not only good but also provide plenty of muscle-strengthening protein.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- ground pepper

- 300 g whole milk yogurt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tsp finely chopped dill sprigs

Instructions

Mix pressed garlic with oil, salt and pepper.

Cut chicken breast fillets into bite‑size cubes and skewer them.

Brush the chicken pieces with the oil mixture and grill for about 6–8 minutes, brushing again occasionally.

For the sauce peel, halve, seed and grate the cucumber, then mix with yogurt. Press in garlic, stir in dill, season with salt and pepper. Serve the chicken skewers with dip.
