Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 70 g cornflakes
  • 70 g ground almonds
  • 50 ml plant oil

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.

    Dust the flour onto a plate, whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl. Place the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush into small crumbs with a rolling pin. Mix in the almonds.

    Coat the chicken pieces first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in the almond-cornflake mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

    Serve with sweet potato mash to taste.
