Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 garlic clove (pressed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 white bread flatbread

Instructions

    Place the butter, lemon juice, and pressed garlic in a small saucepan; slowly melt the butter while stirring well, then season with salt and pepper. Let the herb butter cool slightly.

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) with both top and bottom heat.

    Slice the flatbread into approximately 2 mm thick slices. Brush each side of the bread slices lightly with the herb butter, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes until golden yellow, turning once midway through.
