Ingredients
- 7 oz Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 12 oz Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Pinch of Tonka Bean
- 1.7 oz Almonds
- 0.7 oz Dark Chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)

Place strawberries in a pot with a little water and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes until soft, pureeing if necessary. Meanwhile, mix chia seeds with yogurt and honey and season with tonka bean.

Roughly chop the almonds and chocolate. Layer chia yogurt and strawberry puree alternately in glasses and serve sprinkled with almonds and chocolate.
