Whole grain bread with avocado cream cheese and smoked salmon from Spoonsparrow is the perfect start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 200 g cream cheese (30% fat in milk fat)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 10 g mixed herbs (0.5 bunch; dill, parsley, basil)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • 4 radishes
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 30 g sprouts
  • 1 packet cress
  • 200 g whole grain bread (4 slices)
  • 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)

Instructions

    Peel avocados, halve, remove pits, scoop out flesh, mash with a fork, and mix with cream cheese. Clean, wash, and thinly slice spring onions; wash, dry, and chop herbs; mix both into the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

    Peel, wash, and slice radishes and cucumber. Wash sprouts thoroughly. Cut cress from the bed.

    Spread the bread slices with the avocado cream cheese and top with salmon, cucumber, and radish slices, then add sprouts and cress.
