Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 200 g canned chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ground ginger
  • ground chili peppers
  • Salt

Instructions

    Clean, wash Brussels sprouts and boil in salted water for 10 minutes, drain, rinse with ice water, and let dry.

    Then sauté Brussels sprouts and chestnuts in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with ginger, chili, and salt.
