Cherry Porridge with Grain Flakes

Cherry porridge with grain flakes contains valuable fatty acids, many digestion‑promoting fibers and plenty of vitamin B2.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sweet cherries
  • 20 g 7‑grain oat flakes (2 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash the cherries, drain and pit them.

  2. 2.

    Stir the grain flakes with 125 ml water in a pot and bring to a gentle boil over low heat. Stir for 1–2 minutes.

    Add the cherries, briefly pulse with a stick blender, then bring everything back to a simmer. Stir in the oil. Let the porridge cool slightly before feeding.
