Ingredients
- 400 g fruit or vegetables (e.g., apple, orange, carrot, banana)
- 200 ml coconut milk (or yogurt, milk, buttermilk, or plant drink as desired)
Instructions

Wash the fruit, peel if needed, core and roughly cut into pieces.

Blend the fruit in a stand mixer or with an immersion blender. Add coconut milk, yogurt, milk, buttermilk, plant drink, or simply water to taste and blend until smooth. Pour the basic smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
