Ingredients

  • 2 kg sweet cherries (pitted and weighed)
  • 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 kg fruit gelatine sugar
  • 8 jam jars (with twist-off lids)

Instructions

    Wash, clean, pit the cherries and bring them to a boil with lemon juice and gelatine sugar, then simmer for 3-4 minutes until sparkling.

    Remove from heat, briefly puree, and immediately fill hot-washed jars. Turn the jars upside down and let cool for 15 minutes, then flip and allow to cool completely.
