Ingredients

  • 300 g black currants
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 300 g peach flesh
  • 300 g plum flesh
  • 300 g pitted cherries (washed)
  • 500 g extra-agar sugar (3:1)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

    Clean, deseed, and finely chop all fruits; mix with the agar sugar in a pot. Stir in the lemon juice and cover to steep for 2 hours so some juice forms.

    Bring to a boil over high heat while stirring, then simmer for at least 4 minutes with constant stirring until bubbling.
